Umrah & International Tours Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to promote Umrah and international tour packages for Tours in Pakistan. The role involves engaging with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and online inquiries, turning leads into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for Umrah and international tour packages.
• Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other online channels.
• Understand client travel requirements, budgets, dates and preferences.
• Recommend and sell suitable travel packages, explaining hotels, flights, transportation, visa requirements and other services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare and share quotations and package information.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Record inquiries, follow‑ups and confirmed sales accurately.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams after bookings.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, follow‑up and closing abilities.
• Excellent customer‑handling and convincing skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls and social media for sales.
• Good knowledge of international travel destinations and Umrah packages (advantageous).
• Ability to work against sales targets and convert online leads.
• Previous experience selling Umrah, international holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas or related travel services is preferred.
