Umrah Sales Agent – Night Shift (US Market)

About the role

Alhuda Tours is seeking motivated Umrah Sales Agents to serve pilgrims from the United States. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule to align with US time zones and is based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will guide clients through the entire Umrah journey, from inquiry to post‑booking support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Umrah packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by presenting package features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Provide after‑sales assistance, including documentation, travel preparation and pre‑departure guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless pilgrim experience.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, bookings and communications.

Required profile

• Based in Lahore and comfortable working night shifts.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to handle leads professionally and follow up consistently.
• Motivated to meet sales goals and performance targets.
• Prior experience in travel sales, Umrah/Hajj services, call centres or telemarketing is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
