Umrah Sales Agent (US Market) – Night Shift

About the role

Alhuda Tours is looking for motivated Umrah Sales Agents to serve the US market from Lahore. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule to align with US time zones and offers the chance to help pilgrims plan their spiritual journeys while developing a career in travel sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Consult with prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Umrah packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by presenting package features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and provide after‑sales support, including documentation and pre‑departure guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for pilgrims.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, bookings, and communications.

Required profile

• Based in Lahore with excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident, dedicated, and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Consistent lead handling and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
• Prior experience in travel sales, Umrah/Hajj services, call centres, customer support, or telemarketing is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
