Umrah Sales Executive

About the role

The Umrah Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Punjab, Pakistan, promoting and selling Umrah travel packages. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through package options, flight and hotel choices, and visa requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable Umrah packages.
• Prepare accurate quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate reservations with airline and hotel partners and ensure compliance with regulatory and religious documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and follow up on leads and walk‑in inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations and visa processing teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding the company’s ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a related service industry.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and good command of English.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate or college‑level education; a degree or certification in business, tourism or hospitality is a plus.
• Ethical orientation with commitment to using authentic documentation.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with computer and office applications (email, spreadsheets).
• Experience with CRM or booking systems.
• Familiarity with airline reservation platforms.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation platforms.
