Umrah Sales Executive (US-Based)

About the role

Al Makkah Travels is seeking an Umrah Sales Executive based in Bahawalpur to serve US‑based clients. The role involves promoting Umrah packages, handling enquiries across US time zones, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for pilgrims.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Umrah packages and ground transportation services to individual and group clients in the United States, meeting monthly sales targets.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage bookings, issue invoices and follow up until service delivery.
• Coordinate with operations teams for accommodation, visa processing, transport logistics and required documentation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing pre‑travel advice and post‑travel support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports.
• Identify promotional opportunities and suggest improvements to existing packages.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience in travel, Umrah/Hajj, or transportation services.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa requirements and ground transport logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with US clients.
• Proven negotiation, customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working with US‑time‑zone schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
