Umrah Travel Agent – Hajj & Umrah Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Umrah Travel Agent to join our Lahore office and support Hajj & Umrah pilgrims. The role involves selling travel packages, handling airline bookings and delivering exceptional customer service while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah travel packages to clients.
• Process airline ticketing, ensuring compliance with ticketing rules and fare structures.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer support, from inquiry to post‑travel follow‑up.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to commission‑based earnings.
• Coordinate with UK‑based teams and adhere to UK working hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry (fresh candidates welcome).
• Proven experience in Hajj and Umrah sales.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Willingness to work according to UK timings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Understanding of airline fare structures.
