University & Embassy Interview Preparation Officer

About the role

EIC International Consultants supports learners pursuing overseas education through structured guidance and personalized consulting. It is hiring a full-time, on-site University & Embassy Interview Preparation Officer in Faisalabad. The officer prepares applicants for university admission and embassy interviews through one-on-one coaching, mock interviews and feedback sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Design interview preparation materials and guide applicants on common questions and appropriate responses.
• Help applicants build confidence and clarity about their academic and career goals.
• Coordinate schedules, maintain applicant records and collaborate with counseling and admissions teams.
• Ensure preparation aligns with current university and embassy requirements.
• Monitor applicant progress, share timely guidance and contribute to improving interview preparation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, International Relations or a related field preferred.
• Experience in academic counseling, student advising or study-abroad consulting is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with international university admission processes and embassy interview protocols is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, manage multiple applicants at once and keep accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Human resources, HR management and HR policies knowledge to structure interview processes and preparation frameworks.
• Employee relations and job description development skills to understand candidate profiles and define preparation pathways.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to coach diverse applicants supportively and professionally.
