Upwork Bidder – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our team in Karachi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will craft compelling proposals, target suitable projects on Upwork, and help grow our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Create persuasive proposals on the Upwork platform tailored to client needs.
• Identify and bid on projects that align with company goals and strategies.
• Manage client communication throughout the bidding process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Track the progress of proposals and continuously refine bidding strategies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in writing persuasive proposals and strong knowledge of Upwork bidding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to identify suitable projects and market trends.
• Basic familiarity with digital platforms and project management tools.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Relevant experience on freelancing platforms or in business development is a plus.
• Preferred educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
