US Freight Carrier Sales Specialist (5% Recurring Profit Share)

About the role

We are a premium remote logistics support firm seeking experienced outbound sales professionals to engage US‑based truckers and carrier fleets. The role focuses on onboarding carriers to our high‑end dispatching platform and generating recurring profit share.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to US carriers and owner‑operators using FMCSA data and lead lists.
• Overcome objections, pitch our dispatching value proposition, and demonstrate how we outperform public load boards (DAT, 123Loadboard).
• Manage your sales pipeline independently and onboard a minimum of three active carriers each month.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of direct experience in the US freight/trucking industry (dispatcher, broker, or carrier sales agent).
• Flawless English communication with a neutral or professional accent.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume outbound cold calling (100+ calls per shift).
