US Healthcare Billing Specialist – Night Shift (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking experienced US Healthcare Billing Specialists to join our night‑shift team in Karachi. The role focuses on either Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing or physician billing for US‑based insurance providers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and track their status.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims and manage appeals.
• Perform AR follow‑up, reimbursement tracking and payment posting.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with insurers, healthcare providers and internal teams.
• For DME specialists: handle DME claim processing, prior authorizations and equipment‑related billing.
• For physician specialists: process physician claims, ensure CPT/ICD‑10/HCPCS coding compliance and reconcile accounts.

Required profile

• Prior experience in US DME billing or physician billing.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing workflows and AR processes.
• Familiarity with medical coding standards (CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift onsite in Karachi.
