US Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Level3 BOS is seeking a seasoned US Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high‑performing recruitment team focused on non‑technical roles across the United States. This remote, night‑shift position will drive end‑to‑end hiring for sales, marketing, customer support, and operations functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet US hiring targets.
• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the US market.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to align hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience that meets US hiring standards.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience hiring for US‑based, non‑technical positions.
• Strong command of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with US business hours.
