US Truck Dispatcher (Night Shift, On-Site)

About the role

Astral Logistics Solutions is hiring experienced US truck dispatchers for its growing team, working on-site in Lahore. The position is full-time and follows a night shift covering the US market. Candidates should have hands-on experience in US trucking dispatch, including load booking, rate negotiation and carrier management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch trucks for timely pickups and deliveries
• Book loads from load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
• Negotiate rates with brokers to maximise profitability
• Plan routes efficiently and ensure on-time performance
• Maintain strong communication with drivers and clients
• Handle documentation including rate confirmations and proof of delivery documents
• Track shipments and resolve in-transit issues

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in US truck dispatching
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of load boards and dispatch software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
