US Trucking Sales Acquisition Executive

About the role

A results-driven Sales Acquisition Executive is sought to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for truck dispatching and logistics services. The position is full time and onsite in Blue Area, Islamabad, on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, online platforms, networking and other channels.
• Make outbound calls and communicate with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate service terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• 1-5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in US trucking, logistics, freight brokerage, transportation or B2B services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Target-oriented, results-driven approach; comfortable working independently.
