Sales Assistant

About the role

FaisalTown Group, a Pakistani private-sector conglomerate active in real estate, urban infrastructure, hospitality, education, media and lifestyle, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant in Islamabad. The role supports the sales team with day-to-day tasks and works closely with colleagues across departments to deliver efficient, professional and customer-focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and transactions.
• Assist with order processing and follow-up communication.
• Coordinate meetings or site visits.
• Update customer databases and prepare basic sales reports.
• Keep sales materials and product information organized and up to date.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build positive client relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Sales-related skills, including basic sales techniques and understanding of sales processes.
• Solid organization skills for managing documentation, schedules and customer records.
• Attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools is preferred.
• Ability to learn CRM or sales management software is preferred.
