Validator (MedAlert Campaign) - Night Shift

About the role

PRIME BPO is hiring a detail-oriented, confident Validator for its MedAlert campaign team in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, on-site night shift position (10 hours) for candidates with BPO experience and good communication skills. The total package is 125K to 140K, with uncapped bonuses based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Validate sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information, shipping details and medical alert device specifications.
• Check that documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Verify customer eligibility, billing information and service agreement terms.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of validated orders and coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure company compliance policies are followed and meet daily and weekly validation targets.
• Stay back or work overtime when needed for training, performance improvement or missed targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience as a Validator on a MedAlert campaign (mandatory).
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.
• Ability to work night shifts.
