Vendor Management Executive – E-commerce

About the role

The Vendor Management Executive – E‑commerce will support our procurement and supply‑chain functions by coordinating with suppliers, handling wholesale purchases and ensuring accurate inventory tracking on our online platform. This full‑time position is based in Karachi and works an evening shift aligned with EST.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for wholesale purchasing activities.
• Manage and update e‑commerce platform operations.
• Follow up daily with suppliers and their agents regarding purchases and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock tracking.
• Handle procurement and purchasing processes efficiently.
• Ensure timely order processing and vendor communication.
• Maintain proper purchasing records and supplier documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or e‑commerce platform management.
• Strong coordination and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work an evening or EST‑aligned in‑office shift.
