Venture Growth Lead

About the role

You will build and run Zamanat's marketing function, shaping market positioning, demand programmes and all brand‑facing communications for a pioneering Digital Shariah Assets platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Zamanat's positioning and narrative for asset owners, fund managers, banks and allocators.
• Run institutional demand programmes including research, thought leadership, roundtables, co‑marketing and earned media.
• Approve all external material, ensuring compliance, legal and Shariah sign‑off.
• Develop the CEO’s public profile across LinkedIn, bylines, panels and interviews.
• Provide commercial enablement assets such as pitch narratives, product explainers and diligence‑ready presentations.
• Lead a cross‑functional team and Disrupt Labs specialists across media, SEO, AI search, social, content, creative, PR and web.
• Own the marketing budget, reporting spend weekly and delivering a monthly plan for CEO approval.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in marketing, communications or go‑to‑market roles, with at least 3 years leading a function or team in financial services, fintech or digital assets.
• Strong financial fluency – comfortable discussing fees, risk, returns and liquidity with allocators.
• Proven record of positioning financial products to generate inbound interest from the right counterparties.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and long B2B sales cycles.
• Discipline in compliance, embargoes and clearances; routine sign‑off processes.
• Daily use of AI tools with rigorous source verification.
