Vice President Strategy & Project Management Office (PMO)

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Vice President to lead its enterprise strategy and Project Management Office (PMO). Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the custodian of corporate strategy and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PTCL’s enterprise strategy aligned with shareholder expectations and market dynamics.
• Lead the annual corporate strategy and business planning process, advising the CEO and Executive Management Team on strategic priorities.
• Establish and maintain strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment of all business units and subsidiaries.
• Drive enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, including Business Process Reengineering, automation, digitization, Lean, Agile, and AI‑driven projects.
• Set up and manage the Enterprise PMO, standardising project governance, prioritising strategic investments, and monitoring delivery against scope, schedule, budget and benefits.
• Oversee risk management, inter‑dependency coordination, and change‑management activities.
• Lead corporate intelligence, market research, competitive benchmarking and strategic reporting to support executive decisions.
• Develop enterprise KPIs, executive dashboards, performance scorecards and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in corporate strategy, business transformation and PMO leadership.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong governance, cross‑functional collaboration and organizational alignment skills.
