Video Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Content Producer to own the full video production lifecycle, from concept to final delivery. You will craft high‑quality visual stories that support marketing campaigns, employer branding, product launches, client testimonials, and corporate communications across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce videos for marketing, branding, recruitment, and internal communications.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones (if certified), lighting, and audio equipment.
• Capture interviews, testimonials, product demos, behind‑the‑scenes footage, and live events.
• Scout locations, schedule shoots, and coordinate production logistics.
• Edit long‑form and short‑form videos for websites, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Apply color correction, grading, motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, visual effects, and music.
• Optimize video formats and resolutions for each digital channel.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and social media specialists to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in videography, cinematography, and video editing.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video production and editing work.
• Preferably experience in a software house, IT company, creative or digital agency, or corporate media environment.

Required skills

• Camera operation, cinematography, multi‑camera production, drone videography (preferred).
• Lighting setup, audio recording, interview filming, event coverage, product videography.
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut (professional use).
• Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, color correction, color grading.
• Sound design, audio mixing, subtitle creation, visual effects (VFX), green screen.
