Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Gohata Global is looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join its growing marketing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, camera operation, lighting and post-production, and can independently produce professional, engaging video content that reflects the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Produce promotional videos, short-form reels, interviews, event coverage and institutional content.
• Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, audio recording and shooting arrangements.
• Edit videos with motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design and colour grading.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaign execution.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all productions.
• Organise and maintain footage, project files and media assets.
• Stay up to date with emerging video formats, production techniques and social media trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional videography and video editing.
• Experience producing engaging short-form social media content.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showing filming and editing work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
• Working knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition and audio recording.
• After Effects or motion graphics experience is an advantage.
