Visa Case Worker (Full-Time, On-site)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Visa Case Worker to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. The role involves managing visa applications for USA, UK, and Schengen destinations, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements, and providing guidance to clients throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and advise on visa eligibility.
• Prepare, review, and compile visa application documents, including cover letters and travel itineraries.
• Ensure all submissions meet embassy regulations for USA, UK, and Schengen visas.
• Maintain accurate case records and conduct timely follow‑ups.
• Coordinate communication with clients during each stage of the application.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in visa case processing.
• Proven experience with USA, UK, and Schengen visit visa applications.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
