VP, Credit Cards Business & Portfolio Management

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd., a recruiter for clients in the banking industry, is hiring a Head of Credit Cards (VP) based in Karachi. The role covers strategy, product development, risk and compliance for the credit card portfolio, and leads and mentors the credit card team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage the credit card portfolio
• Lead the development and enhancement of digital credit card products
• Identify market trends and opportunities for portfolio growth
• Oversee credit card risk management and regulatory compliance
• Monitor portfolio performance, KPIs and business outcomes
• Lead and mentor the credit card team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in credit cards and digital banking
• CFA, CA or ACCA preferred

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, risk, compliance and Islamic banking
• Excellent strategic, analytical, leadership and communication skills
