Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing all material management activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space, compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental (HSE) and ISO standards, and handling financial and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Organise warehouse layout according to the storage plan, assigning specific locations for items.
• Ensure timely monthly closing with no pending documents.
• Monitor slow‑moving and dead stock, report to the department and take corrective actions after director endorsement.
• Maintain a safe environment for inventory, protecting goods from rain, dust and ensuring proper housekeeping (5S + 1S).
• Conduct self‑audits of warehouse locations and prepare aging, plastic pallet and metal cage reconciliation reports.
• Reconcile received material from production, QA, sales returns, and tolling material from Gatron to Novatex plants.
• Generate vehicle allocation reports for the logistics department and provide daily inventory updates in meetings.
• Coordinate SAP postings and resolve error issues with relevant departments and head office.
• Lead daily team meetings to discuss progress, safety and task allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of material issuance and receipt.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or material management.
• Knowledge of HSE and ISO compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage financial and administrative aspects of warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
