About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead to oversee all warehouse activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role ensures efficient material handling, strict compliance with GMP and safety standards, and seamless coordination with production and quality teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FEFO/FIFO, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate daily operations with Production, QA, QC, and Supply Chain departments.
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee day‑to‑day operational activities.
- Maintain precise documentation and ERP records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (Pharmacist background is a plus).
- 4–6 years of warehouse experience in pharmaceutical or capsule manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and warehouse operations.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- ERP/SAP proficiency.
