Warehouse & Logistics Executive

About the role

Tetra Pak Pakistan is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to independently manage shipping and warehouse activities, drive cost reduction, improve service levels, and ensure safety and efficient utilization of logistics resources.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure goods receipt from suppliers and deliveries to customers, handling documentation such as invoices and delivery notes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic stock checks and lead warehouse management, including outsourced operations.
• Promote workplace and material handling safety, manage dock and yard operations, and ensure compliance with ISO, FSC and internal standards.
• Report KPIs such as On‑Time Delivery, lead the forklift team, and coordinate with supply‑chain functions to secure production supply.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage blue‑collar teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Teams.
