Warehouse Officer – Inventory Management

About the role

Join a leading global tobacco company as a Warehouse Officer in Jhelum. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory, ensuring quality control, and leading a warehouse team to support the company’s mission of building a smokeless world.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies and policies.
• Monitor stock levels, track movements, and maintain optimal availability.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, and quality control of incoming materials.
• Optimize layout and storage systems for efficient space utilization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of stock transactions and inventory records.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of supply chain and warehousing.
• Prior experience with SAP ERP (WM, MM, PP modules).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (WM, MM, PP) proficiency.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
