Wi‑Fi Product Category Sales Manager

About the role

The Wi‑Fi Product Category Sales Manager will drive sales growth, channel development, and market expansion for Dahua’s strategic Wi‑Fi portfolio across Pakistan. The role leads nationwide channel strategy, partner enablement, key account development, and market promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide Wi‑Fi sales plans, achieve targets, and identify regional growth opportunities.
• Design and implement channel strategies, recruit and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators, and monitor sell‑in, sell‑out, and inventory.
• Enable partners through product training, solution presentations, joint customer visits, and channel events.
• Map and develop key wireless business accounts, lead negotiations, and close major Wi‑Fi deals.
• Collaborate with product managers on market research, competitor benchmarking, and product planning.
• Conduct business reviews, track sales performance, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in networking, wireless communications, IT hardware or related products.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s distribution and channel market with an established local network.
• Proven ability to acquire customers, manage sales opportunities independently, and meet revenue targets.
• Professional proficiency in English and Urdu, willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
