Yellow Fleet Supervisor – Cranes & Excavators

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the logistics and maintenance of our yellow fleet, which includes cranes, excavators, loaders and other heavy machinery at project sites in Balochistan. The role ensures operational readiness, efficient mobilization and demobilization, and optimal performance of all equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and operational readiness of cranes, excavators, loaders and related heavy equipment.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure compliance with service schedules.
• Monitor equipment utilization, breakdowns, fuel consumption and service records.
• Plan and execute mobilization and demobilization of equipment in collaboration with operations and logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, lubricants and consumables to avoid downtime.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, inspection reports and equipment history.
• Liaise with vendors, workshops and technical support for repairs and parts procurement.
• Observe operator performance and equipment handling practices to promote safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in heavy equipment maintenance and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment operations, preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
