YouTube Growth Specialist

About the role

The YouTube Growth Specialist will build IQPROMPT’s YouTube channel from the ground up, turning a nascent audience into a high‑performing, algorithm‑optimized content engine. Working closely with an in‑house AI Content Creator and reporting to the CMO, you will own the full growth lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑driven channel growth strategy targeting B2B AI buyers.
• Design content architecture, including keyword‑rich titles, descriptions, tags, and chapters for SEO.
• Optimize thumbnails and video metadata to maximize click‑through rate.
• Engineer audience retention by structuring videos for high average view duration.
• Coordinate cross‑platform amplification using Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Recommend and manage optional paid promotion campaigns to accelerate subscriber velocity.
• Monitor analytics, report performance, and iterate tactics based on algorithmic feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing YouTube channels, preferably in tech or B2B sectors.
• Deep understanding of YouTube’s recommendation signals (CTR, AVD) and how to influence them.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth tactics.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaborate with creative teams.
