Zoom Hostess / Virtual Receptionist

About the role

Cloud Rexpo Pvt Ltd is looking for a tech-savvy Zoom Host and HR Receptionist who manages both the physical front desk and the technical side of virtual Zoom meetings (interviews, onboarding and client calls). The ideal person is highly organised, an excellent communicator and stays calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Host and run corporate Zoom sessions on time, set up waiting rooms, security, recordings and permissions, admit candidates, introduce the HR panel and fix audio, video or connectivity issues.
• Maintain session logs and organise secure video recordings.
• Greet visitors, keep the reception area professional and clean, verify interview schedules, hand out application forms and manage waiting times.
• Screen, route and log incoming calls and messages, update visitor logs and help prepare interview packs or onboarding kits.

Required profile

• 1-2 years in a front-desk, reception or customer-facing role; HR or recruitment coordination experience is a strong plus.
• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Fluent verbal Urdu and English, with professional English writing skills.
• Strong multitasking, composure and discretion with confidential HR data.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing Zoom host controls, breakout rooms and backend settings.
• Basic troubleshooting of audio, video and network lag.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Working hours are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, based in Rawalpindi.
