About the role

Alpha Alliances, a Rawalpindi-based telecommunications business focused on connectivity and reliable communication solutions, is hiring Self Verifiers. The role supports customer verification processes and helps ensure that submitted information is complete and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer or service-related records and verify information against established procedures.
• Contact individuals when needed to clarify missing or inconsistent details, using approved communication channels.
• Record verification outcomes accurately and keep organized, confidential documentation.
• Escalate discrepancies, suspected errors or cases needing further review to the appropriate team member.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations while following company policies and applicable privacy practices.
• Coordinate with colleagues to resolve routine verification issues and improve process consistency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail when checking names, contact details and other submitted information.
• Clear, courteous verbal and written communication for routine clarification and follow-up.
• Good organization and time management, able to handle recurring verification tasks.
• Sound judgment to spot incomplete, inconsistent or unusual records and escalate them appropriately.
• Respect for confidentiality and careful handling of customer and business information.
• Dependability, patience and a professional approach, working independently or with a team.

Required skills

• Ability to use basic computer applications, online forms and data-entry tools accurately.
