Data Entry Operator

About the role

Associated Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, an ecommerce services provider based in Rawalpindi, is hiring a Data Entry Operator for an on-site position. The role helps keep business and ecommerce records accurate, complete and up to date, working with ecommerce operations and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update product, customer, order and account information in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, consistency and compliance with established formats.
• Support ecommerce listing workflows by preparing and organizing product details and related data.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
• Maintain orderly digital files and handle business information responsibly.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality standards while following documented processes.

Required profile

• Accurate and efficient data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Good written communication and ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, time management and consistency with repetitive tasks.
• Ability to spot data discrepancies, missing fields and duplicate records and escalate issues appropriately.
• Professional handling of confidential customer, order and business information.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to meet accuracy and output targets in an ecommerce services environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and common office productivity tools, including sorting, filtering and basic formatting.
• Entering, verifying, updating and organizing information across digital records and databases.
