Account Manager – Client Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will own the day‑to‑day relationship with assigned client accounts, focusing on the planning, execution and optimisation of their digital marketing campaigns and website performance. Acting as the client’s advocate, the role ensures clear communication across internal teams and drives high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program kick‑off calls to capture client marketing goals, priorities and unique selling points.
• Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and increase online visibility.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, deliver marketing tactics, and present performance reviews.
• Resolve client issues promptly, following up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships to retain accounts and maximise overall satisfaction.
• Provide training and consultative support to help clients become proficient with services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client reviews, recommend campaign enhancements and introduce new products or services.
• Ensure timely completion of all client requests, marketing tactics and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5+ years of experience managing direct client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and client relationship management.
