Account Manager – Finance & Accounts

About the role

Join a growing fashion and garment manufacturing organization as an Account Manager, overseeing financial operations and supporting business growth. You will work on‑site in Lahore, collaborating with management and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping, cost control, and strategic financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
• Record and monitor purchase, production, and sales transactions.
• Track manufacturing costs such as fabric, dyeing/printing, embroidery, add‑on work, and CMT expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and cash flow.
• Support garment costing by consolidating BOM data with actual production costs.
• Process payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Prepare tax documentation in coordination with external tax consultants.
• Assist with inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain complete financial documentation and audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, garments, or retail.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and Pakistani tax regulations.
• Experience with production costing, inventory reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
