Account Manager – FMCG Sales (Onsite, Karachi)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead FMCG sales across modern trade channels in Karachi and the South region. You will be responsible for driving volume, value, market share and profitability while building strong relationships with key IMT and LMT customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop key IMT and LMT customers across Karachi and the South region.
• Achieve assigned targets related to volume, value, market share, and profitability.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with modern trade accounts.
• Ensure effective execution of trade activities, promotional campaigns, visibility standards, and category growth initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and trade terms while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and trade‑marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and improve in‑store execution standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to IMT/LMT channel management and key account handling.
• Proven experience in managing modern trade accounts and delivering business targets.
• Strong understanding of trade promotions, category management, and in‑store execution.
