Account Manager - HR Technology

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive adoption and value of our AI‑powered recruitment platform. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their hiring goals while ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand client objectives, challenges and business requirements.
• Support product onboarding, drive adoption and conduct regular check‑ins and demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Monitor satisfaction, engagement and retention metrics.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Gather feedback and relay insights to the Product team.
• Maintain accurate account records and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer success, SaaS or HR technology.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and follow‑up abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and customer‑retention skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and understand customer needs.
• Customer‑first mindset with a proactive, organized approach.
