Accountant – Finance & Accounts (Full-time, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our finance & accounts team in Lahore. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting production costing, and ensuring compliance with Pakistani tax regulations within a fast‑moving garment manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record and monitor purchase, production and sales transactions.
• Track manufacturing costs including fabric, dyeing/printing, embroidery, add‑on work and CMT expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Support garment costing by consolidating BOM data with actual production costs.
• Process payroll, reimbursements and statutory deductions.
• Prepare tax documentation in coordination with external tax consultants.
• Assist with inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain audit‑ready financial documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, garments or retail.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting and Pakistani tax regulations.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills in English and Urdu.
