Accounting & Tax Internship – Islamabad

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting and Tax Intern to join our Islamabad office. The intern will support accounting and tax work for clients in Pakistan and the UAE, gaining hands‑on experience under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare income tax and sales tax returns for Pakistani clients (FBR filings).
• Assist with UAE corporate tax and VAT filings.
• Record transactions and reconcile accounts using accounting software.
• Maintain organized client records and supporting documentation.
• Help prepare basic financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct simple tax research as required.

Required profile

• Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Careful, organized, and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Knowledge of Pakistan or UAE tax basics is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
