Accounts and Finance Executive

About the role

Taraz Technologies is seeking an Accounts and Finance Executive to lead financial operations, manage cash flow, and oversee import‑export and procurement activities. The role supports strategic growth while ensuring fiscal responsibility across our manufacturing and R&D sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cash‑flow management strategies to maintain optimal liquidity.
• Prepare, analyze and comment on monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee import‑export compliance, cost‑effective processes and vendor negotiations.
• Lead the procurement team in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Manage the annual budgeting cycle, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, mitigate risks and coordinate audits.
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Execute month‑end close, payroll processing and sales/use tax filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACCA, CA finalist or CPA a plus.
• Proven experience in an accountant or finance executive role.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
