Accounts & HR Specialist (Finance & Human Resources)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking an Accounts & HR Specialist to manage both financial bookkeeping and human‑resource processes. The role combines manual accounting tasks with recruitment, onboarding and payroll support, ensuring smooth operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using manual double‑entry bookkeeping and a Chart of Accounts in Excel.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage all company payments, receipts, and cash‑flow activities.
• Assist with the implementation of accounting software and migrate data from manual records.
• Record daily accounting transactions, including journal entries.
• Support recruitment by preparing job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding.
• Maintain personnel files, attendance records, and leave management data.
• Coordinate payroll preparation by verifying attendance and leave information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial reporting and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial and labor regulations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in audit preparations.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a combined accounting and HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially manual double‑entry bookkeeping.
• Proactive, independent worker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
