Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our accounting systems. The role will ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations while supporting operational efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with finance, tax and operational teams to drive financial accuracy and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and restructure accounting procedures, chart of accounts and financial workflows to align with operational and management needs.
• Implement and maintain an organized accounting system, including bookkeeping, receivables, payables, bank reconciliations and fixed‑asset schedules.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, profitability analyses and MIS reports for decision‑making.
• Design and supervise billing processes, monitor ageing of receivables and coordinate recovery actions.
• Ensure accounting records comply with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements and support timely tax reporting.
• Define duties, workflows and coordination procedures between teams, supervise accounting staff and assign responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing financial, operational and reporting support to management for business planning and control.
