Accounts Manager

About the role

An experienced Accounts Manager is sought to oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledger operations, financial documentation and cash-flow tracking. The role covers accounts receivables, payables and dealer balances, and is based in Lahore (Saggian Bypass Road, Ghang Kalan) with working hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Candidates living in nearby areas such as Saggian, Shahdara, Begum Kot, Ravi Road, Bund Road, Badami Bagh, Kot Abdul Malik, Johar Town, Gulshan Ravi and Samanabad are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledgers and financial reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate ledger tracking.
• Monitor dealer accounts, perform regular balance reconciliations and keep outstanding payments up to date.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and budget reports, and help management monitor and plan cash flow.
• Archive physical and digital financial documents and support compliance with standardized accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (e.g. B.Com, BBA Finance, BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA/M.Com).
• At least 3 years of professional experience managing core accounting functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with standard accounting software such as QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
