About the role
Imperial Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Admin Assistant to join its team in Pindi Bhatian. The role supports executives and the wider office by handling schedules, communications, reports and documentation, ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle internal and external communications, including phone inquiries and visitor greeting.
- Maintain and update reports, organize files and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to executives, preparing correspondence and presentations.
- Coordinate daily office activities and ensure a well‑functioning workplace.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, document management and filing.
Required profile
- Strong administrative and executive assistance skills, including scheduling and filing.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role (asset).
