About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Executive to support permitting, licensing and compliance operations for U.S. retail locations. The role requires strong English communication, meticulous documentation handling and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external government agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, file and track permitting and licensing documentation.
- Monitor renewal dates and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with government agencies and U.S.‑based stakeholders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date compliance records and reports.
- Communicate status updates and requirements to internal teams.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English, preferably with a neutral/American accent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Experience in administrative operations, compliance support, back‑office or coordination roles.
- Familiarity with U.S.‑based processes, BPOs, customer support or documentation‑heavy environments.
