Admin & Finance Executive

About the role

Dynamics 360, a strategic Microsoft partner delivering Business Central, Finance & Operations, Power Platform and .NET solutions, is hiring an Admin & Finance Executive for its Islamabad office in Gulberg Greens. The role combines day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance with office administration and operations management. It is a full-time position, onsite or hybrid, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using QuickBooks Online
• Prepare invoices and bills, process payments, perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management
• Assist with income tax and sales tax filings, and handle SECP annual returns and other regulatory compliance
• Track expenses and support budgeting
• Manage office administration and daily operations, including records, files and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers, and manage office supplies, inventory and utilities
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting, finance or admin role
• B.Com, BBA (Finance/Accounting), ACCA or BAF
• Basic understanding of taxation and SECP compliance
• Good command of MS Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
