Senior Investment Advisor

About the role

IMARAT, a private property development group headquartered in the UK with subsidiaries in the UK and Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Investment Advisor in Islamabad. The advisor guides clients in making informed real estate and financial investment decisions, assessing their goals and risk profiles and recommending investments in IMARAT's property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial goals and risk profiles and design tailored investment strategies
• Provide detailed recommendations on IMARAT's property projects and related investment opportunities
• Analyze market trends, project performance and financial data to optimise client portfolios
• Hold client consultations and prepare investment proposals
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams and maintain accurate records of client interactions and advisory outcomes
• Foster client relationships through follow-up, quality service and clear communication

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CFP are a strong advantage
• Several years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management or real estate investment, preferably in a senior or client-facing capacity
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams
