About the role
The Pakistan Army is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join its team in Swabi. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily departmental operations through a range of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professional etiquette.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare, file, and manage documentation and correspondence.
- Facilitate internal communication and provide general administrative assistance to staff.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; office administration certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
