About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Officer to support our UK‑based operations from our Bahawalpur office. The role involves handling day‑to‑day office tasks, liaising with international clients, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
- Communicate professionally with international clients via phone and email.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate support.
- Maintain email accounts, client records, and essential documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and management on schedules and follow‑ups.
- Prepare reports, business documents, and operational schedules.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional email writing ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in administration, call‑center, or handling international clients is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
