Admissions & Business Development Manager

About the role

The London School of Medical & Health Sciences is seeking an experienced, self‑driven professional to lead student recruitment, admissions growth and business development in Pakistan. This role combines leadership, entrepreneurship and operational development to build a scalable admissions operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead student recruitment and admissions for LSMHS programmes across Pakistan.
• Develop and execute recruitment and business development strategies, manage the full admissions journey and improve lead‑to‑enrolment conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with education consultants, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
• Represent LSMHS at seminars, education expos, recruitment events and professional conferences.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on lead generation, recruitment campaigns and admissions initiatives.
• Establish and improve admissions processes, SOPs, reporting systems and operational workflows.
• Recruit, train and manage a local admissions and recruitment team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Prepare recruitment forecasts, admissions reports, performance reports and market insights.
• Travel within Pakistan and internationally as required for partnership development and institutional meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, education consultancy or business development.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani education and student recruitment market.
• Proven ability to establish and manage institutional and business partnerships.
• Leadership and decision‑making capabilities with experience in team building and operational process design.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of a growing operation and travel as needed.
