Admissions Counselor (Part‑time, On‑site)

About the role

Edventica College is seeking a part‑time Admissions Counselor to work on‑site in Karachi. You will guide prospective students and their families through the entire admissions journey, ensuring they receive accurate information and a smooth enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in‑person visits, providing details on programs, fees, and admission requirements.
• Conduct campus (office) meetings or orientations for new families and support applicants with documentation and application forms.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow‑ups, and admissions outcomes using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless transition for newly admitted students.
• Participate in outreach activities that promote Edventica College within the community.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and families.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Sales‑related aptitude to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Basic understanding of education programs and curricula.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems for lead and applicant tracking.
